I’m a retailer, how do I correct or remove information about my store?

If something on your store page or in your deal listings is wrong, outdated prices, incorrect products, old branding,  there are two ways to fix it.

Claim your page. The fastest ongoing fix is to claim your store page via List your brand (verification applies). Once claimed, you can manage your page and add accurate products and coupons yourself.

Contact us. If you’d rather not claim the page, or you have already claimed your store, instead the issue is with the listings you can’t edit, get in touch with the team here. Tell us what’s wrong and include links to the listings in question, and our team will review the request.

To consider: there are listings compiled automatically from retailer websites and product feeds, corrections at the source (your own website or your product feed) will also flow through when we next re-check.
