Why didn’t my promo code work?

Frustrating, we know. Codes are entered at the store’s checkout and judged by the store’s rules, so the usual culprits are:

• It expired:  the store ended the promotion, sometimes earlier than advertised.
• Conditions weren’t met:  minimum spend, excluded brands or sale items, new-customer-only, or one use per customer.
• Wrong store or region:  some codes only work on a store’s Australian site, or in certain categories.

• A typo:  worth re-copying the code exactly.

  
  

We check and curate codes regularly (that’s the “Verified” date you see), but a store can pull a code at any time between our checks, and we can’t make a store honor one.

If a code is dead, please report by contacting us, so we can review it and check the store’s own terms, as the fix is often just a condition you can meet.
