Yes. Your Frenzy Pass lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and updates appear as notifications on your device.

Things we send to your pass include:

  • New member-only coupons becoming available
  • Offers that are about to expire
  • Reminders when a sales event is starting

A few things to check so notifications come through:

  • Keep the pass in your wallet — removing it stops updates.
  • Make sure wallet notifications are enabled on your device.
  • Some updates refresh the pass silently without a lock-screen notification.

Notifications are tied to the pass on your device, not your phone number.
